One of my favorite Louisville Food Trucks has a new hot sauce for me to try. Ya gotta love that.
Holy Mole Taco Food Truck’s New Hot Sauce
I originally counted Holy Mole Food Truck’s House Made Hot Sauce way back in February of last year.
I spotted the truck at a Cricket Phone Store opening and pulling into the parking lot. I didn’t need a phone – but I ALWAYS need a good taco!
Normanda and I shared 3 tacos. We got one each of chorizo, chicken and fish. And I dutifully took pictures of all three.
They didn’t offer their old hot sauce anymore. My memory being what it is (or isn’t) I can’t compare the two or even tell you for sure that this one is different. But I trust the guys and you can clearly see a difference between the two by looking at last years photo (HERE).
This new sauce tasted good on all three 1/2 tacos I ate. Especially the chorizo.
